經過呢個幾月公司進入徹底冇乜生意既時間,0係十二月三號我老細-MK既第一步行動係出左一個E-MAIL通知全公司同事既新改革......
關於咁多年以黎都係可以儲假攞錢既福利將會取消,雖然呢個福利對我黎講係冇乜用,因為我每年都幾乎冇假剩(除左今年),但眼見有D工程部同事剩返十幾日大假,又太忙放唔到,真係好慘,我地公司依家最忙同最多人既部門只有工程部,因為其實佢地有好多野都做唔晒。
唔記得左係出E-MAIL之前定之後,MK已經叫過我亞頭-C、會計部亞頭-L同工程部亞頭-EI入房傾過,自從EI俾笑生篤完之後,EI已經冇好似以前同我地咁成日有講有笑,我亦見到每次笑生0係度,EI都黑面,笑生唔0係度都仲有同我地講下野同笑下,笑生個人真係好衰好衰,不過今次既情報唔係講佢,下次先一次過數臭佢。
D亞頭傾完出黎,其實大家都知道好唔妥,到第二日MK既第二步又出蕉,再出一個E-MAIL俾全世界,內容如下:
『Dear Colleagues,
In light of the economic downturn, it is the Company’s goal in 2009 to deliver a 30% savings. We would therefore like to seek your suggestions on possible ways on reducing costs and increasing profit margin. Below are some benchmarks:
(A) Cost Reduction – to make the most efficient and effective use of resources
(1)Utility savings – Consumption of water, electricity etc in the office?
(2)Expense savings – Consumption of stationary, snacks etc.?
(3)Manpower savings - Any staff who is not working to his/her full capacity? Ways to increase staff productivity?
(B) Increasing Profit Margin – any possible ways
Each staff member of this company is requested to submit at least ONE suggestion each on (A) and (B), together with a brief explanation on the rationale behind your suggestion, to me via email by 8 December 2008 (Monday). All suggestions will be treated in the strictest confidence.
The purpose of this exercise is to encourage staff to be aware of the importance of costs savings and profit increment in the Company as a matter of good practice.
Staff member(s) who made suggestion(s) which are accepted
by the Company will be entitled to a special bonus.
最恐怖係:請大家睇睇(A)(3),係唔係要我地篤人背脊呢?呢間公司同事之間既關係已經唔係個個都咁好啦,依家仲要攪D咁既野,想點??(組長呀!唔掂喇,你教教我啦,定係我誤會左佢E-MAIL既意思呢??)後尾我、JM同M傾開,我話唯一就係我自己舉手叫佢裁我,點知呢兩條八婆又一齊爭要舉手,一係有另一個辦法,就係我篤JM、JM篤M、M篤我,或者JM篤我、M篤JM,我篤M...我地三個互篤,咁咪可以解決囉,我地0個行四個,AL同C肯定唔願走,因為呢排見AL已經唔上網,0係度不停搵野做,從未見過,C就做左十幾年,點走呢?我同JM就一直都唔想0係度,而SALES 0個便第一個俾CUT應該係M,因為近排MK同笑生不停入M既野,不停0係佢放假既前一日迫佢整野,好過份囉!雖然M諗住過埋今年就走,但係咁樣俾人迫法,盡心盡力咁做野,得到既係咩呢?佢依家一返黎就黑面,我同JM問佢仲咩,佢話好憎呢度,唉,你估我地又好鍾意咩?其實我覺得佢係好唔開心架!!
